Many Alaskans are unaware that this project prioritizes foreign mining interests over essential community needs, requiring us to craft a compelling narrative that drives public engagement.
Our objective was to increase awareness, mobilize advocacy, and pressure legislators to defund this unnecessary and wasteful project.

is launching a communications campaign to ensure the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) finalizes the Public Lands Rule, which prioritizes conservation alongside resource extraction and secures the future of the outdoor recreation and renewable energy industries.
Despite its benefits, the rule has faced unexpected backlash from the renewable energy sector, and the outdoor recreation industry has remained largely silent, making it essential to craft a compelling message that unites these industries in support of conservation without escalating tensions.
The campaign aims to mobilize key political and business stakeholders, elevate the voices of the outdoor economy, and push the Biden Administration and Congress to finalize the rule, ensuring long-term protection and balanced use of public lands.
